Our company produces Class I Hydrolytic Resistance neutral borosilicate glass tubes with outer diameters ranging from 4mm to 300mm. These tubes meet the diverse requirements of the pharmaceutical packaging, daily necessities, electronic products, military, and solar thermal power generation sectors.
Class I Hydrolytic Resistance neutral borosilicate glass exhibits top-tier acid and water resistance, along with strong resistance to thermal shock. Its chemical stability, mechanical strength, and impact resistance are superior to other types of glass.
Additionally, this material can be directly sealed with Kovar alloy, serving as a core component for medium/high-temperature solar collector tubes and a key material for military applications.
At present, our product quality is stable, and we have achieved intelligent production of neutral borosilicate glass.
Since 2006, Four Stars Glass has invested heavily in the independent research and development of 5.0 expansion coefficient neutral borosilicate glass tubes. From raw material usage to the melting, drawing, and finished product packaging and warehousing, the entire process flow is independently designed.
If you require non-standard glass tubes, we can also accept such orders, provided you submit drawings for review.

According to the ISO international standard, Class I hydrolytic resistance (the grain method) requires an acid consumption of less than 1 ml. The industry average is 0.35 ml, but our value is 0.2 ml—the lower the number, the better the quality. This technology has earned a testing certificate from the authoritative U.S. testing agency SGS, confirming that our product has reached an internationally advanced level.

We use the "Cold-Top, All-Electric Vello Method" to produce 5.0 neutral borosilicate glass tubes, for which we have been granted a National Invention Patent (Patent No.: ZL200710187477.5, Patent Certificate No.: 745115). This product was recognized as a 2014 National Key New Product and became a key supported project of the strategic emerging industries in the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan".
This production technology is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with zero emissions of waste gas, waste water, or solid residue; the factory has no smokestacks.
For outer diameter inspection, we use an online X-Y axis laser measurement system that checks four sides of the glass tube. Compared to the two-sided inspection used by similar products, we achieve stricter tolerance control, ensuring higher product precision.
For appearance, we use an automated imaging inspection system to focus on detecting and automatically rejecting any defective tubes.
