Our ampoule machine also features an online camera inspection system for dimensions and appearance, capable of detecting all defects simultaneously. This ensures 100% inspection of each ampoule. Ampoules that pass the inspection are guaranteed to be fully qualified. The line also includes a production information recording system, which automatically generates product inspection reports.

Notably, our packaging system uses a fully automatic robotic arm that prevents collisions, ensuring safe and reliable packaging quality.

We can produce Type B, C, and D ampoules, typically ranging from 1ml to 20ml. Moreover, our company has successfully developed a 40ml large-size ampoule – the first of its kind in China. It is particularly noteworthy that our ampoules can feature various colored rings and printed text online.

Our product quality complies with ISO international standards and domestic YBB standards, fully meeting the requirements of both the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) and the U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP).

To ensure data authenticity and integrity, all quality inspection reports are generated online by the system. Every indicator is traceable, guaranteeing product quality.
