Our pharmaceutical glass vial series includes tubular injection vials, screw neck vials, grooved vials, and oral liquid bottles. They are available in two colors: white and amber. The size range is from 1ml to 100ml. Our products comply with YBB and ISO standards. We have a professional R&D team that can customize products according to your special requirements. Our product quality meets the requirements of both the U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP) and the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.).

After the glass tubes are produced, they are fed one by one via a conveyor chain to the vial manufacturing workshop. A robotic arm then inserts them into the machine to begin production. The vials then enter a far-infrared electric annealing furnace for annealing, followed by an online camera inspection system for quality control. After passing inspection, they are packaged and stored in the warehouse.

It is particularly worth mentioning that products manufactured by different individuals, machines, or shifts are automatically transported to designated bin locations. Before loading, they are automatically palletized and temporarily stored in a staging area. This ensures that every pallet contains products made by a single operator on a single production line, guaranteeing full traceability down to the specific individual and machine in the event of any quality issues.
